Volers, French meaning “Fly High” was an idea to be able to provide wings to the students by giving them knowledge, understanding and information about various streams and courses leading to promising career based on their aptitude interest and ability.

Organisation came into its inception as an idea in 2019, during lockdown and in existence in 2021. The ideology behind career guidance was a rich experience of 13yrs being into education industry. The most spoken and read agenda ignited the spark to start a career guidance platform for those students who after XII were unable to decide or considered least factors while deciding on their course of study which inversely impacted on their career.

Students who toil for 15yrs from Pre-nursery to grade XII and parents who invest a great amount of time and money are uncertain about child’s most rewarding career.

Mission

As I mentioned the name itself is ‘Fly High’. My mission is to enable one million students to take a well informed decision for their career choice.

Vision

My vision is that education is way forward for liberation of one self and not that of becoming a salve. While I am enabling, I want students to realise their true potential and use it 10X to their capacity.

She holds Master’s degree in English Literature as well as Psychology, several Diplomas and Certifications on Guidance and Counselling, Personality Development and Public Speaking, Neuro Linguistic Programs, Profile building, Overseas admission, Career Counselling from UCLA Extension along with her innate passion for counselling, an understanding that each child is unique and likewise developing tailormade counselling programs give her an edge above the rest and have won her numerous awards and accolades along this spectacular journey.
